Our Industry division has designed a training course for 200 young Digital Promoters of the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce, professionals who will help companies in their digitalization process.
The Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce has started the project Punti Impresa Digitale (Digital Enterprise Points) to guide companies in transforming their processes thanks to the Digital Promoters, professionals who will assess the companies' level of digital competency and will apply new technologies within them.
In this context, we designed a training program for 200 Digital Promoters who already work for the Chambers of Commerce. This experience, which takes place on our campus in 4 sessions between July and November 2018, provides insights on technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation and robotics, 3D printing, the Internet of Things and virtual reality, as well as visits to key companies of our territory – such as TEXA and CAME – and activities to stimulate the collaboration and transversal skills of the participants.
Thanks to this program, the Chambers of Commerce will be able to assist companies in the best possible way, by operating also on the mindset and business models of companies. This is why this program is based on Design Thinking and includes activities aimed at developing soft skills and an attitude to co-design and entrepreneurship.
