This agreement is intended to offer a wide range of educational projects for young people, students, Hera's employees and their children.
Activities focused on digital technologies, circular economy and customer experience
will be organized for the students involved in work-linked training both in our schools and at Hera
– Italy's largest multi-utility that operates in the environment, water and energy sectors.
Specifically, our students will have the opportunity to enrich their learning experience, by getting in touch with Hera and putting what they learn into practice.
Another part of the agreement includes training projects designed to teach new digital skills to Hera's employees. Their children will also take advantage of specific activities to approach the digital world, expanding the opportunities they already have within the Group's corporate welfare plan.
Looking ahead, other business opportunities may arise from this agreement: new forms of collaboration that can allow Hera to benefit from our open innovation and consulting services.
Identifying innovation as one of its strategic pillars, with this agreement Hera further invests in its personnel policies and organizational processes, in order to respond to the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution.
