#StartupPills: our perspective on the ever-changing world of startups.
The brightest minds on the international tech scene were spotted again this year and spoke about innovation, the future, and new trends.
But how do startups, the most innovative companies, entrepreneurs, institutions, and all the key players in change connect and inspire each other?
Italian Tech Week 2023 is one such moment, representing the most important Italian conference in the tech sector with a prominent national and international presence that reached 13,500 visitors.
The ecosystem has literally exploded. Startup Italy today is a radically different and better planet than just a few years ago.
To date there are about 600 scaleups. They are companies that employ 22,000 people and are capable of generating €4,4 billion in revenue. This growing world is also made up of smaller startups, which collectively employ about 30,000 people. Last year ended with a record-breaking amount of investments in startups breaking through the €2 billion mark.
