Supporting startups and young talent is in our DNA. It's what drove us to create our company in 2005 and what has fueled our growth in the years since. What gives us the most satisfaction? Seeing the same passion and entrepreneurial spirit in our students. Seeing them bringing their ideas to life, finding in our Campus the resources, people, and inspiration that guide them to success. In fact, our Startup Center offers courses, mentoring experiences, and pre-acceleration programs specifically for our students. Keybrain and employee well-being It is an online platform created in 2022 by Riccardo Lovisetto and Federico Madaro, students of our bachelor's degree in Digital Management, to improve employee satisfaction and prevent turnover through employer branding, growth program, and psychological support. The most innovative aspect? It integrates AI to provide 24/7 support in times of crisis, create personalized pathways, and measure results. In addition to being selected for the Pre-Accelerator Spring Edition 2023, in September 2023 it participated in Storming Pizza, our event format in which startups present themselves in an 8-minute pitch.
