Our Summer Camps are a great opportunity for kids to experiment and grow surrounded by nature and technology.
Our digital laboratories in Ca' Tron continue in August and September, with a wide range of activities for every age group and every interest!
From camps for smaller children to experiment with creative electronics and smart games, to courses for teenagers who want to explore their future, there is something for everyone.
The typical week at Sparx Summer Camp lasts 5 days and includes lessons, outdoor games, group activities, tasty snacks with locally sourced products and a final fair where parents and families can see the projects of their kids.
There are so many exciting courses to choose from, so here is a selection of 4 laboratories that will make the summer of your children unique:
July 30 - August 3 / August 6-10
Talent shows itself at a young age, but to change the world every small step is fundamental and we want to do our part to prepare kids for their tomorrow. Technology is based on simple principles and here we learn them day after day. Wooden circuits, robot-bees, colored paths, pencils, cardboards and markers will give kids free rein to their imagination.
This course is designed for girls and boys from 5 to 7 years old. Register your child here.
August 27- 31
Robotics with LEGO Mindstorms EV3
Here we combine imagination, mathematics, precision, robotics, mechanics and the desire to grow! Divided into groups, the participants will use the famous LEGO smart kit designed to create robots and programmable devices. The goal? Helping Elon Musk recover his Tesla on Mars!
This course is designed for girls and boys from 11 to 14 years old. Register your child here.
Ready? Enter your virtual reality
We must prepare for new worlds. What better way to do it than starting from the most advanced technologies? There are two main ingredients in this laboratory: the Unity programming interface and our beloved virtual reality device! It will be a unique opportunity to understand how a 3D environment is created and what are the potential uses of this technology in education, entertainment and even healthcare.
