Here is the innovation project that we have started to help Sanpellegrino develop new business solutions.
Innovating the way a company interacts with customers thanks to the ideas and creativity of its employees: this is the goal achieved through the internal transformation project that we have developed for Sanpellegrino, the leading company in the mineral water and soft drinks industry. This "Boosting Program" started one year and a half ago and has involved over 120 employees in the development of innovative business solutions. The aim was to establish a more direct relationship with consumers and offer them products and services tailored to their needs.
The first phase of this journey began with an hackathon on our campus in November 2017. A 24-hour ideas marathon to encourage an active role of employees in corporate processes and in the implementation of business strategies. The winning team presented "BOT-TLE", a project based on a chatbot to interact with customers.
BOT-TLE was then integrated in the second phase of the project, the "Rocket Program": five 2-day sessions were held in our Milan office to define and design all the aspects related to an innovative business model. For this phase, we selected 30 employees with specific, heterogeneous and varied competences both from the Group's headquarters and the local plants in Italy.
