Dieselgate, transparent invoicing, data privacy on Facebook are just some of the latest actions that Altroconsumo has undertaken to protect the rights of its 370,000 members. Today, in an ever-changing market, the battle to support consumer rights has become extremely complex: this is why Altroconsumo has chosen to seize all the opportunities offered by digital technology to answer to the needs of consumers.
The aim of the project, which involves a team of 12 professionals in the field of digital marketing, is to develop and innovate the interaction of consumers with Altroconsumo. The project is based on the conscious use of big data and relies on our Industry division for the definition of new business strategies to reach users more effectively and inform them of the association's services.
