Our Startup Center guided researchers in working like founders to turn cultural heritage research into business prototypes with an intensive 3-day bootcamp.

Turning Cultural-Heritage Research into StartupsResearch solves problems, startups make it scalable. With this idea in mind, we designed and delivered a bootcamp for the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia’s Center for Cultural Heritage Technology (CCHT), led by Arianna Traviglia, that applies materials science, AI, robotics, and deep tech to safeguard cultural assets.From November 24 to 26, 2025, researchers joined a full immersion, led by our Startup Center, on key themes:Entrepreneurial mindset & ideation starting from their own projectsBusiness modelling & market analysisGo-to-market strategyLeadership & teamFundraisingPitch practice and final presentations with feedback on clarity, market potential, and next steps
