Our Industry division developed a revolutionary digital retail experience for Diesel.
Diesel has always been a cutting-edge brand that has innovation at its core: starting from its boutique in Milan, the company has unveiled its new digital retail model developed by the our Industry team.
The way customers interact with the store and the products has been completely transformed, thanks to a series of digital solutions able to enhance Diesel’s philosophy by involving the customers more, improving the service and making sales more effective through data analysis. A digital concierge interface welcomes al clients when they enter the store, gives them information about events and discounts and helps them moving through the boutique. Interactive working tables identify the items autonomously and smart fitting rooms offers suggestions and information about the selected articles.
The San Babila store is Diesel’s biggest store: with 900 square meters of retail space, it represents a laboratory for experimenting the effects of digital solutions on the retail field. If the experience in Milan has a positive outcome, the highly scalable and easily replicable technology developed by H-FARM Industry will be applied to other Diesel's stores.
