2025 Results: Our First Extraordinary DividendOver the past 20 years, we’ve planted a lot and we’re still planting: building businesses, skills, and opportunities for young people. From here, we’ll keep moving with a clear trajectory: helping what we’ve built mature, and creating value for the territory and for our shareholders.We close 2025 with consolidated profit after tax of €34.4 million, and we’re proposing an extraordinary dividend totaling €12 million (equal to €0.06 per share). It’s a small but important signal we felt was right to share with our shareholders and one we hope to be able to repeat over the year.

This dividend is a concrete sign of the work behind our venture building: accelerating and building innovative companies that grow, generate impact and value locally, and—most importantly—continue to grow over time on our Campus.
