Exponential Technologies to Solve Exponential ProblemsWe’ve teamed up with Exponential Science (ES) on a program for early-stage startups in AI, quantum tech, and distributed ledger technologies which are tackling complex problems that can’t be solved with “business as usual.” The partner network includes the MiCA Crypto Alliance, helping companies comply with European regulation, Nodiens, research and support on digital finance and Web3, and Hedera, an energy-efficient network for building secure applications.

Selected StartupsEcolyptus is an AI platform for energy consultants, environmental analysts, and sustainability managers. It brings together real-time energy analytics and carbon emissions reporting, and tackles one of the hardest parts of the job: collecting heterogeneous field data, cleaning it, and making it reliable enough to act on. Fume tackles fund administration using an on-chain protocol and smart contracts. Instead of running subscriptions, redemptions, calculations, and records across many intermediaries and systems, core fund operations become programmable: tokenized fund shares, automated calculations, and traceable execution.Nomyx is a platform for institutions that want to tokenize real-world assets but get stuck on compliance and integration complexity. It can generate smart contracts, set investor access rules, and create on-chain identities.TokenWay helps banks issue digital bonds without dealing with blockchain complexity. By providing a single interface to multiple DLT platforms, it removes the integration burden and enables banks to launch digital securities faster.From March 9 to 11, 2026 the startups gathered on our campus for the program kick-off: working sessions, inspirational talks, pitch deck and investment reviews, 1:1 sessions with mentors, AI roundtable, and SWOT + strategy reviews.The 4 startups were chosen from over 150 startups worldwide, based on a clear vision, technological depth, validated prototypes, proprietary IP, and strong global scaling potential.Final Showcase at ETHMilan 2026The startups officially presented to investors, entrepreneurs, companies and the public on May 21 during ETHMilan 2026, one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to Ethereum, Web3 and blockchain.
