In this first phase, the project focuses on promoting innovation culture among the company's employees. On December 10-11 we hosted a workshop for various teams such as R&D, Quality, Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations, focused on discussing the data collected through a research aimed at identifying and understanding the innovation needs of medical professionals and families. An approach that starts from the basics to propose a different point of view, sometimes overlooked by large corporations: the need for change in users and the internal transformation capacity of the brand itself.
