Advances in Robotics: From Earth to Space
On February 27, 2024, we discussed how robotics is transforming key sectors such as industry, healthcare, and agriculture, making our lives more efficient, safe, and sustainable. From improvements in terrestrial and space logistics to the use of robots in high-risk environments, the event was a window into the huge strides being made in this technology.
We discussed this with robotics experts:
Ruggero Frezza, founder of M31 – a company specializing in the design of IoT solutions;
Lorenzo Agostini, founder of AdapTronics – a startup that designs robots capable of grasping objects in versatile, even extraordinary situations, on Earth or in space;
Michele Guarnieri, CEO of HiBot – a company that produces human-guided robots used to replace humans in extreme danger situations, from inspecting high-voltage cables to search and rescue.
