Campus Expansion: Student Housing, Sports, Research, Mobility | H-FARM

Our Campus is constantly expanding and evolving: new spaces, new connections, new opportunities for the entire community.Pedestrian and cycling bridge and restoration of “Corte Veronese” in PortegrandiInaugurated on May 11, 2026, in the presence of our CEO Riccardo Donadon, mayors Claudio Grosso and Marco Donadel, and representatives of the Sile River Regional Nature Park and the Veneto Region, “Pons Annia” connects the Campus to Portegrandi, the Sile Greenway — known as GiraSile — and our Marina. It also links two provinces, Treviso and Venice, and two municipalities, Roncade and Quarto d’Altino.This €2 million project, strongly supported by H-FARM and donated to the community, was created to promote sustainable mobility and enhance the tourism value of this beautiful area. The bridge can be used by pedestrians, cyclists and light electric mobility devices, and includes a parking area near the Portegrandi cemetery.Pons Annia is part of a broader development plan: in the coming months, restoration work will begin on the historic “Corte Veronese,” which will become home to new student residences, learning spaces, and sports facilities.

“The Donut,” building with Cisco and the Italian Institute of Technology Our applied-research hub, called “The Donut,” hosts companies, startups, and researchers across science, MedTech, robotics, AI, and advanced tech. Among them: Cisco and the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT)’s Center for Cultural Heritage Technology, led by Arianna Traviglia, that applies materials science, AI, and robotics to safeguard cultural assets. IIT’s presence gives students a front-row view of research turning into innovation.Guests at the inauguration, held on September 29, 2025, included our founder, Guerino Nuccio Bovalino (Advisor for Innovation to the Italian Minister of Culture), Gabriele Galateri di Genola (IIT Chair), and Giorgio Metta (IIT Scientific Director).

Sports Academy’s Fields & HousingWe’re adding new soccer fields and mobile homes by Crippaconcept for our student-athletes. The Sports Academy is our dual-career program, blending academic study with high-level training and performance services—so athletes grow on the field and in the classroom.
