The latest AI highlights from USA | H-FARM
#AInsights is our journey through the mind-bending potential and applications of AI.
A mix of factors like substantial investments, a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit, a diverse talent pool, leading AI companies and research institutions, and open access to data and computing resources have propelled the US to AI supremacy.
We dived into the latest advances and what do they mean for us Farmers (and humanity) in a special edition of our CLUB event: take a look.
OpenAI DevDay: the most significant global event on AI
Hundreds of developers, researchers, and innovation enthusiasts came together to analyze new OpenAI's tools and explore the potential of AI to benefit humanity. And we were there firsthand! H-FARM College's professor Diego Pizzocaro, who is also CMO of ForceManager and co-creator of OpenAccessGPT, participated and told us:
We are all developers now, thanks to these advances. GPT4 is the most intelligent and sophisticated large language model available. Does it outsmart humans? Not yet, but its latest applications are quite thrilling.
New features presented
AI to support artistic work
A wide ranges of new softwares and apps are allowing artists to do in minutes what they used to do in hours. Some examples?
Adobe and its built-in Generative AI tools for photos and videos;
Roblox automatically generates code to develop a video game;
Uizard creates a website in minutes from an architectural drawing;
Stable Diffusion generates the highest quality renders;
Workflow automation softwares, such as Zapier, allows you to create unique works of art to post on social media or wherever you like.
At the forefront of these innovations is BigRock, our vocational school specialized in computer graphics, digital design, video games, music for entertainment, and coding. It is working firsthand on leveraging AI to support the creative work of its students and teachers. Take a look at what the Avengers Team is doing.
What about Google?
Its highly anticipated AI model, Gemini, is making its debut after being teased at the I/O developer conference in June 2023. This multimodal model, available in three versions, is trained from the ground up on a diverse range of data formats, granting it an unprecedented level of intelligence. Google boasts that Gemini surpasses ChatGPT in most benchmark tests, demonstrating "advanced reasoning" across diverse contexts, including the ability to understand and mark a student's homework. It will eventually be integrated into Google's search engine, its ad products, the Chrome browser, and more, all over the world.
Are you ready to use the AI power to redefine everything around you and join this revolution?
