BLING: The Glass of the FutureResearch from the Center for Cultural Heritage Technology at the Italian Institute of Technology, IIT, based on our campus in Roncade, has led to a nanoparticle additive that can be integrated into existing production processes, making glass stronger, more chemically stable, longer-lasting, and antibacterial.The startup was founded by Roberta Zanini and Arianna Traviglia, respectively a researcher and the director of CCHT, together with the technology transfer platform ELEVO.
