On March 12, we’ll host an open lecture with Federico Butera, Professor Emeritus of Sciences of the Organization at the University of Milan Bicocca, President of Irso Foundation and Director of Organizational Studies. Together, we will talk about complex organizations and new opportunities that technology can give to the re-organization of employment.
The evening is organized with the H for Human Foundation and it will focused on the relationship between man and machines and the possibilities of working together to create a new organizational structure of the work that will be more efficient, effective and it will be able to create new highly qualified professions.
