The course frames the market and opportunities for online sales based on current trends and scenarios. Participants will explore the main criteria to consider in the design of an e-commerce business that best fits the type of activity, the products to be sold and the target consumer to be addressed.
Particular attention will be paid to providing the basic operational tools to navigate between business strategies and the various web platforms on which to invest.
The course will discuss the main regulatory, administrative and contractual obligations to take into consideration, as well as focus on critical areas such as logistics and warehouse management. Finally, key tools and activities that will prove to be crucial to support and increase online sales will be outlined. From data analysis to inbound marketing strategies to be applied to the customer journey: an overview for building a conversion approach.
