We have partnered with the biggest innovation platform in the world in order to promote technological growth among Italian and Chinese enterprises.
China is set to become the world leader in innovation: strong government initiatives, the size of its domestic market and the abundance of capitals are contributing to accelerate its technological evolution. In 2014 the Country launched a campaign to foster innovation and entrepreneurship: in this context, a startup can grow to a considerable level in 3.5 years, instead of the 5.8 years it would grow in the US.
Last October 19 we signed an agreement with TusPark
, a Chinese high-tech company which builds business parks, has branches all around China and has about 400 companies and 25,000 employees working in its headquarters. TusPark is part of TusHoldings, China's flagship company in the technological service industry. The goal is to start a long-lasting collaboration through different activities such as acceleration, training and exchange programs in Italy and China
. The signing ceremony was attended by AN Hongping, Vice President at TusHoldings, TusPark's top management, Davide Castellani (Vice Consul at the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing) and Lorenzo Gonzo (Science Attaché at the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing).
The 1-year deal was signed in Chongqing at the end of the Marco Polo Program
. The 7 startups, that have already raised a total amount of €1,4 million of Chinese capitals
, flew to China and were welcomed by TusHoldings for a special event in their headquarters.
